A. GEOGRAPHICAL
RW 05 is located in Sudajayahilir Baros Sukabumi district in the southern city of Sukabumi. It is a rural area, although since 1999 has been officially entered into the urban areas.
05 RW region is surrounded by area. Approximately 80% consists of rice land and green open land.
Area Boundaries RW 05:
a. North side directly adjacent to the RW 04 Kelurahan Sudajayahilir
b. Adjacent to the south directly with RW 06 Kelurahan Sudajayahilir
c. West side of District borders Sindangsari
d. East side of District borders Jayamekar
B. STATE POPULATION
RW 05 majority of the population are farmers and laborers who work in big cities. Population in this region is not so rapidly from year to year, estimated that only 5 babies born in the year. Ratio of men to women was balanced. While the number of productive greater numbers compared to the number of non-productive population.
D. BRIEF HISTORY RW 05
At the time of Dutch colonial rule, South Balandongan region consists of only a few suhunan / home. The main road which currently has a name Jl. Widyakrama still a dirt road when the drought hit the dust as the rainy season, muddy like hell, but .. the kids happy too with this condition. Right at the South end of this village, there is a house that resembles the appearance and architecture of the building kind of amphitheater performances or, in Sundanese language such as this building is called Balandongan, things that make a whole, starting from RW 05 ,RW 03 until this big village in the give name Balandongan.
In the year 1935, the village was founded an educational institution, Hidayatul Madrasah Islamiah. The founders of the first educational institution in this village is KH. Selaeman and KH Ilyas, the ancients called their elders as “Mama”. The founders of that institution is a hero who had to fight a head-on with the Government of the Netherlands East Indies, to cause burning several houses in this village by the colonial government.
In the early post-independence, the region is the fairies began approached by several newcomers, although the majority of the villagers came from local residents who fruitful in this area. Gradually the number of homes and residents began to increase. But, still, still homogeneous as before, because these migrants are still a tribal culture of Sunda.
Until the 1950s, increased awareness continues, not only in terms of intellectual property, including in terms of politics. Which became the dominant party members a choice in this era of the old order is Masyumi, it could be said makes sense, because of hereditary and culture of this region consists of several local students and there is a boarding school. No wonder this area is often called the village students.
Major changes occurred late 80s. In 1992, the ancient Islamic buildings torn down, and then erected a new building. And recently, at the end of the year 2007 has been re-established a new school building four local.
In 1997, the gravel road has been paved. the third millennium before this started happening is a massive revolution, a change of lifestyle patterns and population. Manual system has been replaced by mechanization in the aspects of life. Buffalo replaced by the tractor field position
